Booking into the Windmill Cat Hotel:
- Opening times are strictly adhered to. Subject to prior
arrangement outside opening hours can be arranged.
- Owners are most welcome to visit the cattery and inspect the premises before boarding their cats.
- We recommend that you book your cat in well in advance especially during public holidays.
- All cats must be fully vaccinated at least 7 days prior to their stay and will only be admitted on production of an up to date vaccination certificate.
- All cats are insured during their stay, therefore if your cat does become unwell, their veterinary fees will be covered to give you extra piece of mind (pre-existing conditions are excluded).
- Cancellations with less than two weeks notice before the start of the cats stay will be charged full fees unless we can re-let accommodation.
